Shine On You Crazy Diamond

A little tribute to one of those "metaphorical" presenses in a musical life. Slowly we are letting go great and real "music heros" while TV & radios are invaded with idols... and all their emptyness.

I wouldn't ask for a minute of silence... I would, instead, ask for 24 hours of the music he shared, the music he wrote.. and the great pieces that where written thinking about him.

As he becomes a piece of the sky, all I could say is:
Come on you raver, you seer of visions, come on you painter, you piper, you prisoner, and shine!
Shine on you Crazy Diamond(part1); Pink Floyd; Wish you where here; 1975
Roger "Syd" Barrett
January 6, 1946- July 7, 2006
Oh Man... as I only my mom could say (of course with an innocent face): There is a lot of people dying lately... specially people that never die before.
Que vaina!! Now the band I'm singing with have to succeed... otherwise what are future generations going to mourn about?? The death of "Don Omar"?? Shakira's hips not even lying but hardly moving?, I know... Juanes' shirt becoming gray???
I'll work hard for it... just in the name of future generation's taste in music!
Really... que vaina :'(

Hola Chicka,

Here we are again. Dos cerveza por favor!
2 questions:
- "Que Vaina" is that the name of your band?
- is that another dirty word? Is "Que Vaina" not the same as "Que Chucha"? If no: what's the difference?
